What are cookies
Cookies are small files that are saved and stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit different websites on the internet. A cookie usually contains the name of the originating website, the “lifespan” of the cookie (i.e. how long it has been in existence), and a randomly generated unique number used to identify the browser used to connect to the website.

Cookie policy
1. In connection with making the contents of the website available the so-called cookies are used, i.e. information recorded by servers on the end user’s device, which can be read by the servers at every connection from this end device, can also use other technologies with functions similar or identical to cookies. In this document, information on cookies also applies to other similar technologies used as part of our websites

Cookies (so called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the terminal device of the user of website. Cookies usually contain the domain name of the website they come from, time of storing them on the terminal device and a unique number

2. Cookies are used in order to:
a. adjusting web site content to user’s preferences and optimizing use of the web sites; in particular these files enable to recognize the web site user’s device and appropriately display the web site, adjusted to his individual needs,
b. creating statistics which help to understand how the website users use the website, which enables improving its structure and content
c. maintaining the session of the website user (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter login and password on each subpage of the website

3. At the portal we may use the following cookies:
a. “indispensable” cookies that enable using sections available after user’s login
b. cookies used for security purposes, e.g. used to detect misuse of the site’s authentication, sending bulk messages via forms, etc.
c. cookies enabling the collection of information on the use of the website
d. “functional” cookies which make it possible to “remember” the user’s selected settings and personalize the user’s interface, e.g. with regard to the chosen language or region of origin of the user, font size, appearance of the website, etc.

The portal does not currently use all of these files, but reserves the right to use them at any time

4. In many cases, the application used to browse the website (web browser) allows the storage of cookies on the user’s terminal device by default. Users of the website may change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform on their placement in the device of the website user each time Detailed information on the possibility and methods of using cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings. Failure to change the settings for cookies means that they will be placed on the user’s terminal equipment, and thus we will store information in the user’s terminal equipment and gain access to this information

5. Disabling cookies may make it difficult to use certain services on our websites, in particular those that require logging. Disabling the option of accepting cookies does not, however, make it impossible to read or view contents placed on portal, with the reservation of those to which access requires logging in
